Mattie Jo is a New York based actor, writer, and unintentional fitspo living mostly on Instagram, but also in New York City. Mattie Jo was recently nominated for best actress at the New York Festival of Cinema as well as the Something Wicked festival of Georgia. Mattie Jo also writes a comedic storytelling blog entitled God, Sex, and Rich People that highlights the nuanced details of navigating adulthood as a Recovering-purity-ring-wearer-Midwestern-Evangelical in New York City. She received her BFA in Musical Theatre from Missouri State University and is a proud member of Actors Equity.
